LI.RA is structured around a four-stage interaction process and a transversal path that runs through all meetings.
The course was designed so that we can recognize the economic paradigm in which we are inserted today, integrate a new systemic vision of the world and apply a regenerative culture within businesses that seek to act consciously to better respond to the urgency of our time.

You will learn the five principles of life logic (affirmation of one's own life, constant change and responsiveness, relational and interconnected, synergy and diversity, cyclical and rhythmic) and the ways to apply them in your daily life. The skills that allow you to navigate and thrive in an environment that is increasingly complex, interconnected and open to the construction of new futures.

Flávia Lafraia
Advogada com sólida trajetória de 20 anos atuando na interseção entre direito societário, governança corporativa e sustentabilidade. Formada e pós-graduada pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) e pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), dedica-se a integrar visão jurídica, liderança consciente e transformação organizacional em negócios de impacto.
Atua como professora dos cursos de ESG do Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa (IBGC), onde também integrou e coordenou a Comissão de Sustentabilidade. É certificada como Secretária de Governança, com ampla experiência no suporte a Conselhos de Administração e Diretorias Executivas.
Como consultora independente, apoia organizações do terceiro setor, empresas familiares e companhias de capital aberto e fechado na implementação de práticas de governança, compliance, gestão de riscos e sustentabilidade. Tem expertise na elaboração de instrumentos de governança corporativa, como políticas corporativas, códigos de conduta e ética, regimentos e procedimentos internos, contribuindo para maior integridade, coerência e alinhamento estratégico.
